| Dr. Gary Brunvoll, DO | ||

Dr. Gary Brunvoll graduated from the
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1988. He was an intern at
Metropolitan Central Hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and completed a
Family Practice Residency at Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in Mount
Holly, New Jersey. He finished his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Brunvoll has practiced in Chattanooga for nine years. He has certifications in Advanced Operative Laparoscopy and Laser Surgery, and Advanced Colposcopy. He is also holds certification and is a proctor for the da Vinci Surgical System at Parkridge Hospital. He is married to Terri Brunvoll, D. O. and is the proud father of three daughters. |

Dr. Sabrina Collins graduated from the University of Tennesee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee in 1999 where she was the recipient of the Andy Holt Alumni Scholarship. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama College of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. She trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennesee College of Medicine at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dr. Collins is married to Stuart Collins and is the proud mother of two sons. | |

Ms.Sarah Smith graduated from the
Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky in 1997. She
has been a practicing nurse-midwife in Chattanooga for eight years. She is a
clinical instructor for Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and for the
Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing.
Prior to her career as a nurse-midwife, Ms. Smith spent eight years as Perinatal Education Coordinator and Labor and Delivery Nurse at Erlanger Hospital and seven years as Assistant Professor of Nursing at Chattanooga State Technical Community College. She is married to Eddy Smith and is the proud mother of three children — one son and two daughters. |

Ms. Katie Garrett graduated from the
School of Midwifery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1993. She has
been a practicing Nurse-Midwifery for twelve years. She was an associate
professor of clinical Nurse-Midwifery for Emory University School of Nurse
Midwifery and taught Obstetrics and Pediatric clinicals for Jacksonville State
University in Jacksonville, Alabama.
Prior to practicing midwifery, she worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse and many years of labor and delivery. She is the proud mother of a teenage son. |

Ms. Amy Miller Anderson graduated from Emory University School of Nurse-Midwifery in 1999. She has been a practicing Nurse-Midwife in Chattanooga for five years. Prior to becoming a practicing Nurse Midwife, Ms. Miller Anderson was a Labor and Delivery Nurse for eight years. She is married to Nate Anderson and is the proud mother of three daughters. | |

Dr. Todd attended Emory University where she received a B.A. in Psychology. She also attended Southwest Missouri State University where a B.S. was received in Biology. She then returned to Emory University to pursue a Masters in Public Health. Afterward, Dr. Todd attended Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia, where she received her medical degree in 1997. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

| Enrique Ordonez, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. | ||

Dr. Ordonez attended Camilo Torres College in Columbia, South America, his native country, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences. In addition, he attended Javeriana University School of Medicine in Bogota, Columbia receiving his medical degree in 1969. He completed his residency in General Surgery at St. Ignacio University Hospital. He then attended the National University of Columbia, South America where he received his Masters in Public Health and Hospital Administration. He then practiced General Surgery and served as CEO of Garagoa Regional Hospital in Garagoa Columbia, South America. Upon coming to the United States, he completed a flexible internship at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He has been in private practice since August 1985. He is a faculty volunteer with the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.

| Sonya L. Johnson, MD Family Medicine | ||

Dr. Johnson is a board
certified family practice physician that has served the Chattanooga community
and surrounding counties for eight years. She received her bachelor's
degree from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina and her
medical degree from the Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.
She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of
Tennessee, Chattanooga Unit. Dr. Johnson is committed to preventive medicine issues and patient education. Her passion is reflected in each patient visit as she utilizes this opportunity to improve the health of each individual patient by giving them a better understanding of their disease processes and emphasizing how their health and well being can affect their entire family, directly and indirectly. Dr. Nunally is a board
certified Obstetrician Gynecologist who has served in the Chattanooga Tennessee
area since 1990. He received both his undergraduate and Medical degrees at
the University of Alabama. He subsequently completed a residency in
Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee. He is a clinical
faculty member for the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga OB/GYN residency
program and is a long standing member of the OB/GYN resident selection
committee. He was honored as a recipient of the Annual Distinguished
Attending Physician Award by the residents as well. He was selected as
Vice Chief and then Chief of the OB/GYN Department for Erlanger Hospital. Dr. Nunally is committed to both private and indigent health care by extending his practice to include a private office setting as well as indigent care at the Southside and Dodson Avenue Health Centers since his arrival in Chattanooga. Ms. Brenda Jones graduated from the Nurse-midwifery program at the University of Florida in 1996. Brenda also received a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Florida in 2005. She has practiced nurse-midwifery in Florida and Tennessee for the past fourteen years. Ms Jones served as a clinical preceptor for nurse-midwifery students attending the University of Miami.
Prior to Advanced Practice Nursing, Ms. Jones received experience in various Labor and Delivery Units and OBGYN offices to fulfill her passion of caring for women of all ages. She also taught Childbirth Classes for twelve years as a certified childbirth instructor. Brenda is married to Tom Jones and is the proud mother of two adult children and two grandchildren. |

Ms. Meg Brasel graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a master’s degree in Nurse-Midwifery in 2002. She has been a practicing nurse-midwife in Chattanooga for seven years. Prior to becoming a nurse-midwife, Ms. Brasel worked as a labor and delivery nurse for three years. She is married to Thomas Brasel and has two sons. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, and dancing. | |
